Text messages from your repair shop

Boat and aircraft repair shops use Keel & Wing from Conduit Dynamics to answer their phone and their texts. This page shows how texts from a shop start, what they are about, and how to stop them.

How texts start

A shop only texts you after you contact it first. There are two ways that happens.

You text the shop

You send a text to the shop's number. The shop answers in the same conversation, about what you asked.

You call and the call is missed

You call the shop and hang up before anyone answers, or the line cannot take your call. You get one text back at the number you called from, so you can tell the shop what you need. If you do not reply, nothing else is sent.

Example of the one text after a missed call

Black Point Marine

This is Black Point Marine. You called and we missed your call. Just let us know what you need and the shop will take a look. Reply STOP to stop texts.

What the texts are about

Only the service you contacted the shop about: questions about your request, appointment times, estimates for you to approve, and repair updates. No marketing or promotions.

How many texts you get depends on your repair. Message and data rates may apply.

Stop or get help

Reply STOP at any time to stop texts from that number. You get one text confirming it, and nothing after. Reply HELP for help, or contact the shop that texted you, or email sebastian.kendra@conduitdynamics.com.

Your mobile number and your consent to receive texts are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotions.
